YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN TRAINEE

Under the guidance of our experienced team, you'll provide one-on-one therapy sessions directly in the homes of our clients. Your responsibilities will include implementing personalized therapy plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and accurately documenting client progress. With access to a variety of materials, you'll engage in best practices to promote skill acquisition and behavior modification.

Here's what we need from you:

• At least 1 year of experience working with children
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance
• The ability to work with clients of various ages, skill levels, and behaviors

Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with clients with special needs or disabilities, previous experience in ABA therapy, and a passion for driving change and supporting independent growth.
