ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
Schedule: Your full-time schedule will align with our operating hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Some evening cases may extend to 7 PM on a case-by-case basis. A typical Board Certified Behavior Analyst schedule involves working with 2 - 3 kids between 8 AM and 12 PM, 2 - 3 kids between 12 PM and 4 PM, and 1 - 3 kids between 5 PM and 7 PM.

WHAT DO YOU DO?
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll dive into conducting assessments, crafting tailored intervention plans, and overseeing program management for children with autism. Your expertise will guide a dedicated team of therapists, providing mentorship and hands-on training to ensure each child receives the highest quality of care. Throughout the day, you'll engage in ongoing parent training sessions, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
