THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE

Your schedule as a full-time Behavioral Analyst Case Manager - BCBA at The Treetop Therapy will be from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional evening cases going to 7:00 pm. You'll typically work with 2-3 kids between 8 am and 12 pm, 2-3 kids between 12 pm and 4 pm, and 1-3 kids between 5 pm and 7 pm.

As a Behavioral Analyst Case Manager - BCBA, you'll embark on a fulfilling journey where your responsibilities include:

• Providing specialized ABA services and program supervision for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Following behavioral plans, tracking progress, and identifying new problem behaviors
• Offering hands-on training to new therapists and conducting regular parent training and education sessions
• Providing progress updates and session observations to ensure the highest quality of care
