WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As an ABA therapy In-home Therapist |Registered Behavior Technician - RBT, you get to work right in kids' homes. Your job? Roll out behavior plans, track how the kids are doing, assess their needs, and team up with other pros. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you help kids build skills they need for daily life, both at home and out in the world. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN ABA THERAPY IN-HOME THERAPIST |REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN -RBT

We're looking for someone who can work flexible hours, mainly in the late afternoons and weekends, while meeting the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of ABA therapy, paraprofessional, childcare, teaching, special needs, or other relative experience with children
• Experience working with individuals with special needs or disabilities
• Ability to obtain a CPR/BLS certificate
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Having your RBT license would be awesome but it's not required.
