WHAT DO YOU DO?As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll dive into conducting assessments, crafting tailored intervention plans, and overseeing program management for children with autism. Your expertise will guide a dedicated team of therapists, providing mentorship and hands-on training to ensure each child receives the highest quality of care. Throughout the day, you'll engage in ongoing parent training sessions, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed. With a hybrid schedule, you will also be expected to complete 25 billable hours per week as well as small caseloads.
