Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team. As an after-school teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our elementary-age students and providing them with a structured after-school environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and contribute to their growth.
Duties:
- Plan structured crafts and activities for student after school
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop a structured and fun environment
- Implement effective classroom management strategies
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Provide individualized support to students with special needs or difficulties
- Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive activities
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding students day

- Experience working with children in a classroom or daycare setting
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
