Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Current Texas State Nursing License (LVN/RN).
- BLS and CPR certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical care experience as a Licensed Nurse.
- Proficiency in English for Federal and State documentation requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with medical staff, residents, and families.
- Effective communication, organization, documentation, and time management abilities.
- Working knowledge of professional nursing principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with State and Federal medical regulations.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid (preferred, not required).
