Job Overview:

The Assistant Facility Director will work directly with the Facility Director to oversee the operations of our Bartow Work Release Center. Some of the job duties include but are not limited to; project management, contract compliance, staff supervision, safety management, training, maintenance, inspections, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent or at least four (4) years in the field, with a high school diploma at minimum. This position requires a valid Florida drivers license, and one (1) year of experience to supervise, direct, and professionally interact with clients, with a wide variety of cultural diversities.

Competencies:

Preparation of accurate, concise reports, using the proper format, grammar, and spelling
Computer skills to navigate work release inmate management systems (WRIMS)
Ability to train both staff and clients regarding policy, procedure, and emergency management requirements.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of contract requirements, while ensuring compliance by all staff.
