If you have an interest in getting into a real sales role and you have a love of fitness this is a perfect role for you!

The Trainer Page fitness studio is growing fast and we are looking to add on 3rd part time Fitness Sales Consultant and take charge of driving new members into our facility!

Your role here will involve helping/educating new prospects on how our Sweat Therapy session can help them reach their health and wellness goals! You will be the first point of contact for anyone interested in our studio. You will book them over the phone, answer all their questions and sell them after their first session!

We have a high level sales process and we will train you on every part of it!

We currently sign up an average of 8 to 12 new members per week and we average over a 75% close rate!

You will eat the phones making up too 100 calls per day to interested leads and you will run 2-3 sales consults per shift!

Additionally you will help with our promotion events being able to talk with people teaching them about our studio to see if they could be a potential member!

Responsibilities:

• Sell memberships to potential customers, ensuring a high conversion rate.
• Manage all organic lead generation activities, maximizing opportunities for business growth.
• Assess prospective members to ensure a good fit for our studio.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing members, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

Your primary objective is to drive new members into our studio! You will have a quota and a bonus that our General Manager will hold you accountable too!

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive base salary along with a highly incentivized commission structure, making it commission-driven. Your earnings will directly correlate with your sales performance, providing you with unlimited potential for financial growth and success.
