THE TRADE GROUP MANAGEMENT LLC is Hiring a SPECIAL PROJECTS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR Near Austin, TX

JOB SUMMARY:

You will provide administrative support and assist TTG Special Project’s (TTG SP) sales, marketing, business development, and event management efforts. Your main responsibilities include data entry into internal project management data bases, administration support to the business development team, and event management as needed.

You will need to interpret client needs and business development requirements for the Special Projects and Business Development teams. You must have excellent communication skills, a passion for client service and live events.

Ultimately, you will support TTG SP’s marketing and business development efforts helping us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals and account growth.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Create and maintain project information in our project management systems. CRM, and Google Sheets are our primary tools.
  • Correspond on routine inquiries with operations and business development teams at the beginning and throughout the duration of projects.
  • Enter and maintain client and prospect data in CRM, internal systems, and Google Sheets.
  • Send out meeting invitations and prepare meeting agendas.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as but not limited to; filing, photocopying, taking and distributing meeting minutes, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments with internal and external parties, ordering supplies, sorting and distributing correspondence and maintaining database records.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and positive customer relations at all times.
  • Attend gaming industry events across the globe.
  • Work closely with the Special Projects Operations team on event management as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A creative and innovative mindset.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office and Google Drive.
  • Strong interpersonal skills .
  • Excellent communication & problem solving skills.
  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field is preferred and work experience in the industry will be considered.
  • Maintain a current passport, driver license and the ability to be flexible with a heavy global travel schedule.
  • Ability to work accurately and quickly under company deadlines.
  • Cooperative, courteous, flexible and good natured.
  • Trade show experience a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and commitment to meeting and exceeding deadlines and goals.
  • Valid driver’s license.
