About The Role
As an Entry-Level Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to develop foundational skills in business analysis while contributing to critical projects that drive our business strategies and operations. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gather, analyze data, and provide insights that support informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
Data Collection and Analysis:
* Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Learn and apply data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
* Support the use of statistical tools to extract insights from data.
Reporting and Insights:
* Assist in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using relevant tools.
* Contribute to presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with teams to help develop actionable recommendations.
Business Process Improvements:
* Learn to identify areas for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
* Participate in discussions and implementations to positively impact business operations.
* Support monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of process improvements.
Requirements Gathering:
* Work alongside experienced analysts to understand business needs and gather requirements.
* Contribute to translating business requirements into functional specifications.
Documentation:
* Assist in documenting business processes, workflows, and data models.
* Participate in the preparation and maintenance of related documentation.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent coursework/experience).
* Strong interest in business analysis with a desire to learn and grow in this field.
* Basic knowledge of data analysis tools or programming languages is a plus (e.g., SQL, Python).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
