```Duties``` - Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs - Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases - Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel - Manage and organize case files, including electronic filing systems - Schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions - Prepare trial notebooks and exhibits for court proceedings - Review and summarize legal documents and deposition transcripts - Assist with document production and discovery requests - Maintain confidentiality of client information ```Skills``` - Strong legal drafting, research, and writing skills - Knowledge of legal case management software (e.g., iManage) - Proficiency in using Westlaw or other legal research databases - Ability to conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather information - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Attention to detail in reviewing legal documents and transcripts - Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and transcribing - Experience in project management to ensure timely completion of tasks Note: Paralegal certification or relevant degree is preferred but not required.
