Summary :

The Material Handler will organize, maintain and restock the Fabrication Parts Bins.

Position Responsibilities :

• Changing out bins and parts at the Press Brakes
• Communicate and coordinate with Press Brake operators to supply the right parts for the day’s production
• Putting bins into their proper location throughout the day
• Unload steel off trucks throughout the day
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :

• Ability to operate forklift and overhead hoist in a safe and orderly manner
• Demonstrated dependability / good attendance
• Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent school with relevant work experience
• Minimum 1-3 years of applicable manufacturing work experience
• Self-motivated individual which understands the importance of time constraints
• Must be able to read and understand established procedures and detailed work instructions (Blueprints)
• Ability to interact and understand electronic time keeping
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. regularly and bend, squat, walk or stand for long periods of time
