THE TOOL & GAGE HOUSE is Hiring a Site Manager Near Corinth, MS
- Oversee and manage all aspects of gauge and torque tool calibrations.
- Responsible for all administration required to maintain contracted duties. Responsible for all procedures, work instructions, and forms utilized in the day-to-day operation.
- Responsible for creating/maintaining a team atmosphere through effective communication, constructive feedback, corrective actions, and incentives to perform.
- Responsible for Monthly Quality Reports as required by Management.
- Primary on-site contact for any special requests not covered in the contract.
- Liaison for Tool & Gage personnel.
- Responsible for management services in accordance with ISO-9000 or site-stated accreditation and stated policies and procedures
- Providing direction, training, and leadership of the T&G personnel related to the contract.
- Responsible for managing the Safety Committee and ensuring the site is OSHA compliant.
- Ensure all TGH responsible areas are 5S maintained.
