Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system (e.g., Aloha POS)
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Monitor tables for additional needs (refills, condiments, etc.)
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests
- Process payments using cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server or in the food industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Lightspeed) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift trays of food or drinks
