The Title Professionals, LLC is Hiring a Marketing Director Near Fredericksburg, VA
- Develop business relationships with area realtors, builders, lenders, and developers.
- Oversee Company marketing activities, such as advertising, social media, public relations, and promotional materials.
- Conduct settlements, as necessary
- Work with additional, assigned staff to ensure market penetration with sales efforts to targeted locations and individuals
- Oversee company marketing events (open houses, happy hours, etc.)
- Prepare and distribute two e-mail newsletters per month
- Schedule, organize and perform customer functions.
- Make sales calls on targeted builders, lenders and realtors.
- Make sales presentations to lender and realtor offices
- Other customer service duties as assigned.
