Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone
- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and upsell products or services
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
