We are looking for a Regional Manager to lead and grow our Martinsburg, WV office. If you are a highly motivated team player that thrives in a fast-paced work environment and looks at tasks with a “can-do” attitude, then check out the job duties below.

In this role, you will be asked to;

· Grow our business in the geographic service area centered in Martinsburg, WV within a 2-hour radius encompassing portions of WV, MD, VA & PA.

· Assist in building effective teams to achieve overall company and office goals.

· Work with business development to develop a coordinated business development strategy.

· Possess experience in designing and leading projects in the one of the following areas: public infrastructure (water, sanitary sewer, storm water, roads), private development (commercial or residential), or buildings.

· Bring a working knowledge of the public infrastructure environment in VA, PA, or PA is a plus.

· Build relationships, both internally and externally, and develop business across all our disciplines and market sectors.

· Serve as a local resource to support, mentor, and develop staff in collaboration with division leaders.

· Lead and manage a design team and projects in your specific discipline.

Qualifications may include;

· Licensed Civil Engineer, or Architect, with business acumen.

· A minimum of 10 years of experience in the A/E consulting industry, including management experience is required.

· Possess the ability to bring previously established relationships in our geographic area is highly desired.
