The Thompson Organization is looking for a full-time Appointment Setter to join our Customer Call Center. This is a full-time position M-F 7:30am-4:30pm and one Saturday per month. Must have a friendly, helpful voice in order to set the stage for great service!

No experience is necessary

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and changing customer appointments
• Answering customer questions
• Service follow ups
• Handle outbound and incoming service calls and questions
• Set service appointments and follow-up visits using an online scheduling system
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chats
• Alerts customers to vehicle alerts regarding oil life, tire rotations, recalls, routine maintenance, etc.
• Develop strong, positive relationships with service departments in order to create a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

· Excellent customer service skills

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

· Confidence in your ability to be successful

· Ability to listen and think quickly and offer solutions/suggestions to customer needs

· Strong computer and phone skills

· Knowledge of online scheduling systems a plus

· Automotive knowledge a plus but not required
