Floor Care/Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• As a floor care/maintenance technician, you will cleanse and perform routine maintenance on floor equipment.
• You will be responsible for all floor care in the facility.
• You will be responsible for general maintenance duties, as directed.
• You will report all maintenance issues you witness to your supervisor.

Floor Care/Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Floor maintenance experience preferred.
• Nursing home maintenance experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to maneuver floor equipment.
