The Tea Time is a family-owned, recently opened, local business in Eagan, MN. We offer a range of boba tea, drink, rolled ice cream, and snack options. We are customer-centric, fun, and engaging with a goal of providing a unique and enjoyable bubble tea experience for all. We are looking for a Barista with keen attention to detail, as well as the ability to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate for this position will be motivated and excited about the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for being able to perform the most complicated tasks in a completely stress-free manner. Our company is looking for individuals who are able to work efficiently but also have an eye for detail and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Bubble Tea, Rolled Ice Cream, Taiyaki, and Bubble Waffle preparation.
• Opening & Closing Duties.
• Artfully present drinks.
• Customer services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Operate a cash register.
• Preserve Store Cleanliness and Appearance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
