The Head of Marketing and Sales Technology is a critical leadership role in the firm and is responsible for steering our marketing and sales technology platform. This position reports directly to TCW’s Global Chief Technology Officer and is a member of the Engineering Solutions management team.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record in Asset Management and demonstrated experience in employing advanced analytics to provide value to marketing and sales professionals. The candidate must have experience working closely with executive leadership and providing strategic direction, as well as experience in building a robust team and overseeing the integration of cutting-edge technology platforms.

Estimated Compensation:
Base Salary: For CA & NY based positions, the base salary range is $250K to $300K. This is an anticipated range only.
Other Compensation: Eligible to be considered for an annual discretionary bonus
