A banking services organization in New York City is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their Treasury team as their new Vice President / Director of Intraday Funding. In this role, the Vice President / Director of Intraday Funding will be responsible for managing the bank’s intraday liquidity position, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing funding costs and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
The Vice President / Director of Intraday Funding will:

• Monitor and forecast the organization's intraday cash flows across various currencies and entities
• Execute intraday funding transactions in the money markets and FX markets
• Manage the organization's intraday liquidity buffers and collateral positions
• Liaise with Front Office, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams to resolve any intraday funding issues or discrepancies
• Develop and implement intraday funding policies, procedures, and controls
• Analyze and report on intraday funding performance, risks, and opportunities
• Provide input and support to strategic initiatives and projects related to intraday funding and liquidity management

Qualifications:

• 7 years of Treasury, Funding, Liquidity, and/or Case Management experience within a large Financial institution
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, and/or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Intraday Funding markets, products, and regulations
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg
• Solid analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
