The Tandym Group is Hiring a TA Sourcing & Brand Ambassador Near Jersey, NJ
A nonprofit organization in New Jersey is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new TA Sourcing & Brand Ambassador. Responsibilities: The TA Sourcing & Brand Ambassador will:
Prepare all reports, forms, schedules, ads, postings, as well as other documentation regarding recruitment
Serve as the support to the Department Directors for recruitment
Provide guidance, assistance, and information to prospective employees.
Participate with third party systems to create employment requisitions for prospective applicants
Complete phone screens and schedule interviews with the appropriate Hiring Managers
Provide credentials per position requirements and/or as requested by Department Directors
Arrange new hire procedures upon employment acceptance of hire
Track new hires to ensure onboarding compliances and act as support for all new hires along their onboarding processes through day one
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in an Administrative and/or Clerical role
High School Diploma / GED
Experience with Recruiting and Sourcing candidates
Computer savvy
Exceptional phone etiquette
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
