A nonprofit services organization in New York City is looking to add a new Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to their growing Serving Youth in Their Community (SYNC) Program. In this role, the SYNC Clinic Supervisor (LCSW) will be responsible for the administrative functions of the clinical, behavioral, and family support team.
Responsibilities:
The SYNC Clinic Supervisor (LCSW) will be responsible for:

• Completing intake assessments
• Scheduling treatment team meetings and weekly supervisions
• Assigning cases to the team members
• Performing utilization reviews
• Facilitating trainings
• Ensuring appropriate documentation of cases
• Assisting in the development and implementation of outcome measures for the program
• Coordinating with Program Leadership in meeting with necessary personnel to ensure appropriate delivery of services
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in Mental Health service delivery, including 1 year of Supervisory experience
• Master's Degree in Social Work and/or Mental Health Counseling
• NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Solid assessment and documentation skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
