A medical services organization in New Jersey is actively seeking a Spanish-speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join their growing team.
About the Opportunity:- Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (no late nights)
- Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FHQC)
Responsibilities:
The Social Worker (LCSW) will be responsible for:- Completion of a biopsychosocial assessments
- Knowledge of community resources and appropriate referrals
- Experience with the DSM5 and ICD10 for psychiatric diagnosis
- Social Work consultation for the primary care providers including but not limited to ongoing case discussion and evaluation focusing on clinical goals and treatment plans
- Psychotherapeutic counseling, including resolution of symptoms involving mental disorders, psycho social stress, relationship problems or difficulties coping with social environment
- Client centered advocacy to bring about or influence change and improve quality of life
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- NJS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience working with troubled children and families
- Experience with Individual and Group Psychotherapy for children and adults
- Thorough knowledge of principles and techniques of Youth & Family Counseling
- Working knowledge of Human Services system
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
- Microsoft Excel proficient
