The Tandym Group is Hiring a Remote Asset Management Analyst / Associate (Onsite / Remote)
A financial services firm in Colorado is actively seeking a new Asset Management Analyst / Associate for a promising opportunity with their growing staff in Denver. ***The qualified professional can either work Remotely or onsite at their Denver office.*** Responsibilities: The Asset Management Analyst / Associate will:
Manage financial performance, optimize operational efficiency, and monitor contract compliance and counterparty reporting
Assess the financial health of renewable energy assets
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to identify and resolve any operational issues or equipment failures promptly
Develop and implement strategies to improve asset reliability, availability, and performance
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Monitor revenue generation, operating costs, and budget adherence; prepare financial reports and forecasts, identifying opportunities to optimize revenue streams
Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations
Manage contracts and agreements related to renewable energy generation assets
Monitor contract compliance, including performance guarantees, maintenance obligations, and reporting requirements
Collaborate with Legal and Procurement teams to negotiate and review contracts
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct analysis, develop and implement strategies to maximize energy output, minimize equipment failures, and extend asset lifespan
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, and/or a related field
Familiarity with Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Contract Management
Passion for optimization and proven experience in Asset Management, Operations, or Project Management within the Renewable Energy industry
Deep knowledge of Renewable Energy technologies, industry regulations, and best practices
Solid analytical and and problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Desired Skills:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, and/or a related field
