A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TECH LEAD

As a Tech Lead, your diverse skill set is the key to your success. You'll start by reviewing project requirements and strategizing with cross-functional teams, leveraging your excellent customer management skills to ensure alignment between technical solutions and client objectives. You may find yourself onsite 1-2 times a week, collaborating directly with other onsite personnel. Throughout the day, you'll provide technical oversight and mentorship to the engineering team, assisting in problem-solving and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate with government leadership.
• Experience building, managing, and overseeing a technical team.
• Ability to effectively delegate tasks.
• Ability to serve as a technical mentor for engineers and developers.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work 1-2 times per week onsite
• Secret Clearance
• Excellent customer management skills
• Extensive experience in using multiple cloud providers, both commercial and governmental
• Extensive experience with scripting languages such as OpenTofu, Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, Pulumi, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, etc
• Extensive experience with software development languages such as Java, Python, PHP, or other languages
• Experience in solving complex technical issues in a non-cloud-based hosted environments using Red Hat Enterprise Linux Virtual Machines (RHEL)
