Overview:
The Swiftwater, the Poconos newest luxury property is hiring breakfast servers. Looking for early risers to help our clientele get their day going. A happy and uplifting morning personality is a must. The ideal candidate will have some barista or coffee making experience and the ability to anticipate guest needs. In addition to the hourly rate automatic gratuity is also included.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or upscale dining
- Barista knowledge, dietary aide, or food preparation is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
