Job Description

• The Contractor shall provide software development services that develop and maintain web applications such as SharePoint and websites for organization.
• The Contractor shall develop, create solutions, and customize applications such as SharePoint, Tabelau, and Service Now.
• The Contractor shall reengineer software systems as required.
• The Contractor shall assess and validate SharePoint requirements across organization.
• The Contractor shall assess and validate web requirements across organization.
• The Contractor shall finesse SharePoint workflow architectures.
• The Contractor shall redesign the existing SharePoint applications to add new features, optimize, scale or improve stability and performance.
• The Contractor shall provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and content management support for SharePoint sites.
• The Contractor shall analyze business software and design specification for functional activities.
• The Contractor shall develop and write computer programs according to specifications to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data and information.
• The Contractor shall develop code, test, and debug new software or enhancements to existing software.
• The Contractor shall closely coordinate and track risks, accreditation and reporting status across teams and perform maintenance on existing software products.
• The Contractor shall create new SharePoint sites.
• The Contractor shall process incoming requirements pertaining to access.
• The Contractor shall participate in ongoing projects to streamline account administration and data management.
• The Contractor shall write, design, or edit web page content.
• The Contractor shall confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria or choose solutions.
• The Contractor shall develop databases that support web applications and web sites.
• The Contractor shall respond to user email inquiries.
• The Contractor shall maintain understanding of current web technologies or web programming practices through continuing education, reading or participation in professional conferences, workshops or groups.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience in software systems applications, design, development, and inter-connectivity.
• Demonstrated experience with web development projects using Javascript, XML, HTML, CSS, JQuery or Java.
• Demonstrated experience with developing websites, or other interfaces using tools such as WordPress, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and Javascript.
• Demonstrated experience translating either initially ill-defined or increasingly complex system requirements into an end-to-end design for applications or databases that may involve multiple interfaces to other applications or supporting systems and then work to fulfill these requirements.
• Demonstrated experience writing clear and concise technical documentation.
• Demonstrated experience building and enhancing partnerships with a diverse base, contractors, service delivery partners, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing and conducting ongoing maintenance of applications such as JIRA, SharePoint, Wordpress, and Domino.
