Job summary

This part-time position will be a reliable and vital team member supporting our part-time staffers.

Desired Qualifications:

· A resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

· Prior experience working in a retail or customer service environment

· Familiarity with basic retail duties such as sales and register

· Excellent communication skills; must pay attention to details

· Ability to problem-solve and resolve conflict

· Must be reliable to work a consistent schedule

Typical Duties Include:

· Supervise evening/weekend staff

· Ensure that all shop security and closing procedures are completed at the end of shift

· Opening and closing checklist

· Assist staff with questions and concerns as they arise

· Ensure that all equipment and operating systems are functioning properly as needed

· Direct staff on tasks as needed to maintain work efficiencies

· Maintain policies and procedures with staff and customers

· Consistently demonstrate positive interaction with staff and customers

Minimum requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Retail experience preferred, but not required.
