A rapidly expanding Personal Injury law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary for our Westlake Village office. Qualified applicants should possess between 1 to 5 years of personal injury experience. 1-5 years prior work as a Legal Secretary required. Must be fluent (reading/writing/speaking) in Spanish and have a positive attitude as well as a solid work ethic with ability to multitask and handle high volume of incoming calls. Intake experience a plus. We are looking for someone who has the attitude that no task is too big to tackle and always available to offer help when not busy. This position will require you to drive to run errands for the firm, scanning, set up files, answering phones, etc. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to be part of a winning team.
