The Susan Horak Group is Hiring a Maintenance Coordinator (FT) Near Columbia, MO
- Enter incoming work orders.
- Speak with clients regarding their outstanding/completed work orders.
- Coordinate/schedule on staff maintenance and vendors to complete outstanding work orders.
- Accept, complete, and file the City of Columbia rental compliance inspections/paperwork.
- Ordering appliances, parts, etc.
- Following up with staff and vendors regarding finished/ongoing issues
- Ensure all properties and its components are up to code and functional.
- Maintain open communication with other department heads
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and property management software (preferable Appfolio).
- Must have a level of knowledge, skills, and competency in using computers and related technologies.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.

- Experience in maintenance, administration, and/or project management.
