The Role of the GM for the Sunrise Shack is a hands-on role, this position is a 45 hour a week in-store role that is responsible for the overall health of the operation in the assigned store. . 

Duties for the General Manager will include coordinating day to day business operations, monitoring and motivating staff through aloha, managing operational costs with guidance from Operations Director , ensuring good customer service, adhering to administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, managing food safety, identifying and developing future leaders, and monitoring labor percentage. 

The General Manager should account for all day to day business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives. The General Manager position reports to the Operations Director.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Associate’s Degree in Business Management preferred.
• Good knowledge of different business functions.
• Knowledge of healthy food and nutrition is preferred.
