We are looking for a Front Desk Manager who is a positive and enthusiastic individual that cares about providing excellent customer service. We're looking for a dedicated professional who is capable of handling front desk duties and performing managerial tasks.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Answer phones and efficiently book appointments
• Relay information messages to appropriate department
• Greet visitors to the company
• Handle complaints by first informing higher-up
• Email and phone etiquette
• Maintain a daily email report for owner
• Maintain spreadsheets as needed

If you do not have experience in the industry you must be willing to go through training to learn about the services and gain product knowledge.

Marketing and social media skills are a plus! (mainly Instagram)

Sales skills are also a plus as you will receive commission on product sales!

Schedule is flexible, must have weekend availability

Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus but not required

-Pay is weekly via direct deposit. The employment type is Independent Contractor or W9.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
