The StudyPro, McLean, VA,
an Executive Function and Study Skills Center
is looking for math tutors, teachers, instructors
to serve as 1:1 Math Coaches.

The StudyPro Math Coaches choose their own schedules and will gain experience in working with all types of learners.

This is an excellent position as a supplement to a full-time position
or as a standalone part-time position with
as little as 8 to as many as 30 hours a week.

CURRENTLY WE ARE LOOKING FOR SUMMER COACHES.

MONDAY - FRIDAY (10am - 6 pm) --> You choose your schedule!

WHAT DO MATH COACHES DO?

StudyPro math coaches help students:

1. Develop their math confidence

2. Learn the PROCESS of becoming successful with math

3. Improve their math abilities and skills

Pay:

· $33.33 / hour for math coaching

· We will manage and fill your schedule and do all billing.

Position Requirements –

We are looking for individuals that fit the following profile:

· Experience teaching / tutoring MS and HS students in improving their math

· Has Bachelor’s in Mathematics or equivalent; knowledge of math up to Calculus

· Proven ability to build rapport with students

· Experience teaching students with learning differences.

· Knowledgeable with regard to math challenges (e.g. initiation, organization, rushing etc.) and strategies to overcome them.

· Enthusiastic, patient and mature in both student and parent engagement.

· Has the ability to work at least 12 hours in-person per week during the summer (up to 30 hours is available; 12 is just the minimum)
