The Strategic Funds, LLC (TSF), was founded in 2018 as an asset management firm by experienced investment executives to source innovative strategies, where we have a distinct and identifiable edge. We also offer custom portfolio solutions, including creating exposures to hedge or enhance specific factors in client’s portfolios.
TSF provides administrative resources such as legal; accounting; compliance; and management resources as needed. In addition, TSF has a marketing team that raises capital for all of our strategies by targeting different ISO’s.
Our mission is to identify distinct strategies that are uncorrelated with major market indexes; to create efficient access for our clients; to support our client’s understanding of the essentials of the strategies and how they can be accretive to their portfolios; and to manage each individual strategy to achieve its objectives.
GENERAL SUMMARY AND ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Business Developer(BD) should be an extremely motivated individual with a vision and drive to build a successful financial sales practice. A high degree of self-confidence along with interpersonal abilities is a requirement, as well as a desire to better your own life, your family’s, and your client’s. Candidate should be strongly motivated, self-starter, who is excited to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment. The right candidate will havefundamental trading background and process; a passion for capital markets; and the ability to communicate new products and strategies.
The BD will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the Sales and CRM operations. Depending on the candidate, the location may be remote, although a preference for locating in Puerto Rico. If the location is remote, travel to Puerto Rico for management meetings will be required approximately every six weeks.
