The Stepping Stones Group is Hiring a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - $2,500 Sign On Bonus! Near Lawrence, MA
New England ABA, part of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Lawrence, MA and the surrounding areas where you can provide state of the art behavioral services to children with autism that help us in Transforming Lives Together!
Pay: $80,000 - $85,000 per year
Earn $250 per Behavioral or Mental Health hire with our employee referral program
Qualifications
- Possess an active BCBA certification
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational and leadership skills
- Prior experience supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Active Massachusetts LABA
- Must work a HYBRID schedule of in-person and telehealth
- Must be bilingual Spanish speaking

Responsibilities
- Provide direct intervention across home, school, and community settings
- Conduct parent/caregiver education & functional behavior assessment
- Develop ABA programs for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
- Utilize evidence based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions
- Collect behavioral data and complete progress notes, and case management
- Provide clinical direction, training, and support to NEABA behavioral technicians
- Opportunities to provide Supervised professional experience to NEABA staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision
