We're seeking a creative and skilled 3D Animator & Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing Team in Durham, NC. This role combines the artistry of 3D animation with the creativity of graphic design and motion graphics, creating compelling visuals and multimedia content that promote our products, services, and brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling and animation, with a knack for bringing engineering concepts to life through compelling visual storytelling. This role involves creating high-quality animations and renderings of our steel framing solutions, contributing to both our design process and marketing efforts.

As a marketing team, we are responsible for planning, developing, and designing all branding and visuals for the companies. This includes materials for tradeshows, print materials, sales tools, social media, email campaigns, 2-D & 3D graphics, animation, video, as well as the design and maintenance of several company websites.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-quality 3D models, animations, and renderings, showcasing our light gauge steel framing products and systems.
• Work closely with the engineering and marketing teams to create visual content that accurately represents our brand and products.
• Create compelling brand, print, and digital graphics across a variety of platforms.
• Ensure all animations and renderings meet quality and brand standards, adapting to feedback to refine and improve visual outputs.

Experience & Education:

• Minimum Associate's Degree, preferably in Computer Animation, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in 3D animation and graphic design.
• Office 365: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, Planner.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premier, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro.
  Social Media Publishing Tools a plus.
• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) – Maya is preferred
