Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
The Second Chance Act's Program Manager will be in charge of leading a grant-based program that aims to assist women being released from the Topeka Correctional Facility. The Program Manager's duties will include executing grant requirements, collaborating with staff to prepare grant reports, and drafting grant updates. Additionally, the Program Manager will design and create programs in response to program and grant requirements, and they will collaborate with other agencies, One-Stop partners, TCF, and other agency programs. The Program Manager will ensure that all programs are in compliance, operational, and meeting objectives. They will also oversee projects, contracts, and MOUs.

Minimum Qualifications: Licensing & Certification:
Three years of experience planning, implementing, and monitoring activities relevant to state or federal grant programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; MS Word and Excel proficiencies.
Ability to travel regularly throughout the state and occasionally out of state.
Must not have a felony conviction.
