POSITION OVERVIEW:
The OPS Human Resource Specialist (HRS) provides assistance to the institution’s Field Office Manager (FOM) and Human Resource Consultant (HRC) with the human resources programs within the institution. These positions work closely with the Office of Human Resources (OHR) in Central Office and serves as a liaison to institutional staff. The HRS will work with the FOM and HRC to provide assistance and guidance to institutional managers and employees on human resource related issues.
