Billing Team Lead

The StaffPad has partnered with a premier office equipment supplier in Chickasha, OK that is seeking aBilling Team Lead.TheBilling Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring contracts arebilling accurately and on time as well as overseeing all functions of metercollection and input and supervising each meter administrator. This positionwill report directly to the Client Care Department Manager.

Description:

· Maintainsuperior attendance and punctuality for yourself during normal business hours

· Continuallyprovide training for all meter administrators

· Bill contractsdaily

· Bill allcontracts on time

· Bill allContracts in the Correct Billing Period

· Bill allcontracts with 99.9% accuracy over rolling 3-month periods

· Ensure meterreadings are collected and input on time

· Ensure accuratemeters are given on time to each third party

· Ensure importsinto EA happen when scheduled and imported correctly

· Ensure equipmentrecords are maintained

a) Meter readingcontacts

b) Automatic meterrequests

· Answer clientquestions regarding meter readings

· Quickly andaccurately correct and communicate directly with the client any billing errorsthat occur

· Monitor andtrack continuous billing issues

· Monitor theMeter’s email inbox to ensure meters are entered daily (Meters, Savin, Kyocera)

· Implement andmonitor meter escalation process

· Be able torecognize discrepancies when billing, Investigate and resolve

· Continuouslylook for improvement opportunities

· Maintaindepartment work instructions

Requirements:

· Highly organizedand able to multi-task

· Able to work ina team environment

· Good verbal andwritten communication skills

· Proficient inMicrosoft Word, Excel ,Power Bi

· Associates orbachelor’s degree and/or related work experience

· Good drivingrecord, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
