• Check clients in and out, distribute and enter information into the Zenoti platform for consent forms.
• Upkeep of record filing and retail shelves stocking.
• Confirm and follow up calls and emails, rebook appointments. 
• Sell memberships and create customized packages based on guest’s frequent visits. 
• Contact incoming leads.
• Extend offers to clients based on past appointments. 
• Create and modify the employee schedule based on spa needs (waitlist, group bookings), new therapist availability. 
• Conduct end-of-month professional and retail inventory counts and occasionally.
• Schedule and coordinate large groups. Create service schedules, collect deposits and contracts for large groups.
• Review invoices to confirm all information was processed correctly- packages, membership payments, discounts, and product consumption.
• Provide support to medical practitioner with supplies, treatments, and client prep
• Attend various meetings as scheduled by Member Experience Manager.

• 1 years relevant service experience in a luxury, high-end environment.
• A dedication to making people happy and consistently elevating the customer experience.
• Familiarity with the user functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• High amount of professionalism and customer service in dealing with guests and staff members.
• Must be able to communicate in a positive, enthusiastic manner.
• Knowledgeable of safety training, procedures and best practices used throughout the sports and wellness industry.
