Overview

Our client, a financial institution that provides the United States with a safe, flexible, and stable monetary system, is looking for an experienced Workday Product Owner Support Specialist to work on a team providing support for the Product Owner of the Workday HCM Agile team in implementing sustainment practices and backlog refinement/prioritization.

The work is primarily remote, but occasional onsite presence is needed in Washington, DC. Per our client contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with leading a Workday agile team and knowledge of Workday HCM.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and processes, preference of experience with ServiceNow Agile module and knowledge of HRSD.
• Strong analytical, research and conceptual-thinking skills to visualize solutions to a wide variety of HR needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Per our client contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens
