SPA ATTENDANT - THE WILDE RESORT

You may not have a ton of experience, but you have a gentle desire to prepare "the house" for guests. You like things just right to provide for an awesome stay. You also have a lot of energy and love to clean.

You care for the work that you do. You pride yourself on the cleanliness and most organized spa experience for your guests, making them feel welcomed, just like any guests you have in your own home.

We are in search of that caring, detailed and service-oriented Spa Attendant/Cleaner. Is this you?

Here is your main responsibility:

This position will be responsible for the daily set-up, and maintenance of the guest supplies of the locker room and lounge; and maintaining the cleanliness/sanitation of the spa. You will handle daily cleaning and maintenance/sanitation of the spa and spa treatment rooms.

The qualified candidate will have open availability and/or can work the evening shift.

These are what you need to do:

1. Ability to walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for entire shift while cleaning and servicing the spa and treatment rooms

2. Clean and maintain needed supplies in the locker rooms, including but not limited to robes, slippers, towels, personal hygiene products.

3. Assists with maintaining massage and body treatment products and supply inventories

4. Greets guests and tours them of the facility before their treatments.

5. Stocks treatment rooms with a daily supply of linen each morning, including but not limited to sheets, face cradle covers and towels.

6. Maintains the hydroculator, changing the water as necessary.

7. Empties the wet laundry cart as necessary

8. Refill Windex, soap for cleaning and disinfectant, alcohol spray bottles, hand soap, essential oils from prep room.

9. Supports the Spa Service staff by assisting with set up and clean up of Body Treatments.

10. Straightens and maintains a clean and orderly prep room

11. Demonstrates a co-operative team attitude.

12. Cleans and refills the professional products in the prep room.

13. Fill shampoo, conditioner and gel in shower in BT.

14. Supply paper towels box of Kleenex for each room.

15. Change and take blankets to laundry when needed.

16. Vacuum, sweep and mop floors of the spa in the prescribed manner

17. Dust, clean counters, retail space in the prescribed manner

18. Respond in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner to guests, managers and fellow associates; and report all guest issues and complaints to management.

* Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

* Abide by payroll policies, procedures (punch in/punch out), Meals and Rest Periods policy and OLS Rules of Conduct.

* Demonstrate a working knowledge of all hotel safety and security procedures as required maintaining a secure and safe environment for employees as well as guests.

* Report any unusual occurrences and/or request to the General Manager.

* Read and abide by all the regulations and rules of conduct stated in the employee handbook.
