Description
Pool cleaners are responsible for keeping pools clean, clear, and free from debris. They commonly use specialized equipment to clean up debris, scrub the walls of the pool, and use chemicals or other substances to keep it clean and safe.
Pool cleaners are also responsible for maintaining the general upkeep of the pool area itself. This might include cleaning the decking around the pool, removing leaves from the surrounding landscaping, and helping out the maintenance team.
Requirements
Education: Min High school diploma or GED
Training & Experience: Pool cleaners will typically receive on-the-job training from their supervisors or other experienced pool cleaners. This training may include how to use pool cleaning equipment, how to clean specific types of pools, and how to properly use chemicals.
