Coming Soon! The Springs at The Waterfront is situated along the southern facing Vancouver riverfront and will provide approximately 250 private residences for those 62 and older. This state-of-the-art, 12-story senior living community will offer a variety of floor plans that feature stunning views. Interior spaces are warm and inviting, featuring high-end amenities and services suitable to an urban setting, including secure underground parking. This brand-new community is nothing like you have ever seen, but it is our commitment to compassionate quality care for more than 27 years that is truly distinctive.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Move-In Coordinator with the perfect balance of drive, compassion and flexibility to join our sales team. This full-time position will focus on the resident experience through the move-in process. Theideal candidate will be organized, professional, energetic and creative, with natural warmth and attention to detail. You will need to have the ability to bond with people and build lasting relationships. We are also looking for someone that is always willing to jump in and help wherever they can with a joyful and positive attitude.

This role supports the Community Relations departmentin various ways:

  • Move-in coordination:ensuring afirst-class experience through every aspect of a residentsmove-in process
  • Assisting with administrative needs of the department
  • Ordering supplies and ensuringbrochures are complete and available
  • Ensuring model unit readiness
  • Preparing and distributing thoughtful cards and gifts to prospects, residents, and community contacts
  • As needed, conducting tours to prospective residents and their families
  • Assisting with all marketing events, including set-up, decorating, take-down and hosting
  • Assisting the Community Relations Director with unit customization as requested
  • Assisting with unit inventory management and apartment readiness in collaboration with the sales team and the plant operations department

Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, residents, family members and employees
  • Love for seniors and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, electronic, or schedule form
  • Ability to see the big picture for building relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly Wage:

The Springs Living provides a competitive compensation package for the Move-In Coordinator position, with an hourly wage of $20-$28 depending on experience.
