We are looking for candidates that can contribute a strong work ethic, commitment to excellence in resident and guest services, with an eye for quality and innovation. Previous caregiver and/or med aide experience is preferred.
Caregivers have arguably the most important role on Team Springs, because they directly assist our residents. This makes it critical that - in addition to sharing our values - you are reliable, prompt, friendly, patient, resourceful, and have a positive attitude.
We are hiring for a part-time (PRN) position, which means on-call or as needed. You may be asked to work either of our 3 shifts.
Day Shift - 6AM - 2PM
Evening Shift - 2PM - 10PM
NOC Shift - 10PM - 6AM
We are also looking for a full-time NOC shift caregiver
10PM - 6AM
There is a $1 differential for those who work NOC shift.
