Job Description

The Springs at Tanasbourne is hiring compassionate people wanting to build lasting relationships and memories with our residents.

Caregivers provide a variety of services to our residents, duties which include :

  • Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
  • Support individuals with behavior management and emotional well-being
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
  • Document resident care activities and report any changes in condition to the appropriate supervisor

Shifts Available :

  • Day / Swing Split Shift : Two days day shift 6 : 00AM - 2 : 15PM, two days Swing shift 2 : 00PM - 10 : 15PM
  • Schedule : 4 on, 2 off rotating schedule in Assisted Living

Qualified Opportunity with additional $1 more per hour :

  • Medication Technician and / or medication management experience required
  • Swing Shift Caregiver / Medication Technician : 2 : 00PM - 10 : 15PM
  • Schedule : 4 days on, 2 days off rotating schedule in Assisted Living
  • Two of the four days will be caregiving shifts and the other two days will be as a medication technician

Up to $20 / hr Depending on experience

$500 sign on bonus for Full Time after 120 days of employment

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age
  • Prior experience with caregiving a plus but not required
  • Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening
  • Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn
