The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay is now hiring a dynamic, full time Registered Nurse ( RN ) Supervisor , who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. Applicants interested in the Registered Nurse ( RN ) Supervisor position should have strong leadership and supervisory skills. Our facility is listed as a Top Nursing Home by US News & World Report and word of mouth recommendations from past patients and families have been our best form of advertising. If you feel that you are qualified and have experience in long-term care we would love to meet you! This position follows a 11pm-7am shift Mon to Fri.

- Must be currently licensed Registered Nurse ( RN ). Must maintain an active Registered Nurse ( RN ) License in good standing throughout employment.

- Liaisons with residents, families, support departments, etc. to adequately plan for resident needs
- Prior long term care experience, highly preferred
